The Communications Team provides internal and external information about the workers' compensation system, programs, and policy issues. The team coordinates the creation and revision of publications, pamphlets, industry notices, and other written materials; edits and produces division newsletters; coordinates conferences, trainings, workshops, and presentations for the workers' compensation community; coordinates the division's outreach efforts; and coordinates the division's staff development and training programs.
