Medicare secondary payer reporting requirements previously implemented by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have been changed. The effective date for reporting workers' compensation claim information has changed.

CMS has changed the date for first production of Non-Group Health Plan (NGHP) Input Files to January 1, 2011.

NGHP File data exchange testing will continue. All NGHP file data exchange testing must be completed by December 31, 2010.
