110, and 120 Rules Update
On Nov. 29, the Workers' Compensation Division is offering
a free training workshop on the 105, 110, and 120 Rules at
the Red Lion Inn at the Convention Center in Portland before
the Oregon Association of Rehabilitation Professional's annual
social (for more information about the social, go to www.oarp.org).
This interactive, two-hour class will guide you through the
most recent changes to Oregon's Vocational Assistance to Injured
Workers rules and the Employer-at-Injury and Preferred Worker
rules. Participants will get "hands-on" experience with the
new rules as they work through actual case examples.
Don't miss this opportunity to network with other rehabilitation
professionals and Workers' Compensation Division staff while
exploring topics that affect you and your clients. The division
has applied for two hours of continuing education units for
this course. Additionally, this class will offer two hours
of rules credit for attendees holding Oregon State Vocational
Certification.
