Rules are available on this site in both PDF and MS Word format.
Each division of Chapter 436 listed under "Current Rules" includes all rules in effect as of the date shown, whether the rules are temporary or permanent. Each temporary rule is identified as "Temporary" in the title of the rule and in the table of contents. The Order of Adoption at the beginning of each rule and corresponding "Order No." (e.g. 03-062) applies only to the most recently adopted rules, whether temporary or permanent. Refer to the "Hist" (history) at the end of any rule to find out when that rule was last amended.
These OARs are provided for your convenience. The official, record copy of these publications is the printed copy retained by the
Secretary of State. Discrepancies, if any, between the two versions are in favor of the printed version. Tables, graphs, special characters, and other special formatting may not translate properly.
